Micro Tube Thermistor

New Product Announcement

QTI is pleased to announce our RoHS compliant micro tube. With a max diameter of 0.020” and lead free design, this product is ideal for medical or confined space applications. Customers can choose between point matched and interchangeable tolerances as tight as +/- 0.1°C (0-70°C) as well as a variety of lead lengths and wire types.

●  #38 AWG constantan, single poly-nylon insulation
●  Custom wire types and lengths are available
●  Resistance: 2252, 5k and 10k ohms

APPLICATIONS:
QTI’s Micro Thermistors can be used by themselves or potted into small diameter tubes. Assemblies are used where the small thermistor must be further connected to longer leads, for insertion into deep wells and cavities, or threading into long tubes. The added leads and insulation allows the assemblies to be handled in further assembly operations, such as insertion into catheter lumens. Typical applications would include; air flow sensors, heat sinks, catheters, brain tissue temp measurement.
